Ideal for a legal professional looking to impact a dynamic team while working in a hybrid setting.Day-to-day of the role:Manage all aspects of residential conveyancing to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.Conduct thorough due diligence across all stages of a residential property transaction.Provide expert legal advice on various aspects of property law including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, new builds, and more.Maintain a high standard of client service, ensuring clear and accurate communication.Achieve individual time and billing targets, managing a varied caseload and adapting to changing priorities.Support business development initiatives to expand the conveyancing team and the wider firm.Mentor and support the professional development of junior staff.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing with a focus on complex legal matters.Demonstrable knowledge and practical experience in property law, including but not limited to lease extensions, deeds of variation, and equity release transact
