The Role: As part of this Data Protection Lawyer - In House role in Birmingham, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with all applicable legal frameworks related to data protection, including UK GDPR, DPA, FOIA, and other relevant legislation. Key Responsibilities: The Data Protection Lawyer - In House will: Provide expert advice on data management and policy considerations within the context of regulatory investigations. Support the development and implementation of data management policies and strategies to ensure compliance with data protection laws.
