This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience within an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment who enjoys delivering high-quality client service and supporting advisers throughout the financial planning process. Following an initial office-based settling-in period, the role offers hybrid working flexibility. Key Responsibilities Adviser and Client Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers. Prepare documentation before and after client meetings. Process adviser instructions and client actions. Liaise with clients, providers and professional contacts. Handle client enquiries efficiently and professionally. Keep advisers updated on case progress and outstanding requirements. New Business Processing Prepare and submit new business applications. Process pensions, investments, ISAs, transfers and top-up applications. Check documentation for accuracy and completeness. Monitor cases through to completion.
