Reinsurance Finance Consultant - Ceded, Finance, SOX Our sister company Stellarmann is supporting a leading insurance organisation with an urgent requirement for a Reinsurance Finance Consultant. This role will play a key part in supporting audit activities, SOX compliance documentation, controls embedding, and wider ceded reinsurance change initiatives across the business. Working closely with Finance, Risk, and Operational stakeholders, you will help strengthen the controls environment, support audit delivery, and drive process improvements within a highly regulated insurance environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and support delegated Ceded Finance BAU activitySupport the documentation, maintenance, and enhancement of SOX-compliant controls and processesEnsure control evidence is accurately captured, maintained, and available for audit purposesCoordinate with external auditors and business stakeholders to facilitate audit deliveryTrack audit requests, deliverables, and testing activity, providing regular progress updatesSupport ceded reinsurance change initiatives and related process improvement activitiesPartner with business teams to identify control weaknesses and operational inefficienciesEducate and guide business process owners on compliance requirements and best practicesContribute to ad-hoc projects across Finance, Risk, and Operations as requiredWe are looking for:Strong insurance Finance experience, ideally within the London MarketExperienced in Internal Audit, SOX ..... full job details .....
