ManpowerGroup are currently working with an Insurance Client based in BD10, who are seeking a motivated Insurance Account Handler. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service while promoting insurance products. Our client is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for sales and helping clients find the best insurance solutions.

The role:

• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent position
• Monday to Friday, Fully Office Based
• Hours: 9:00- 5:00pm
• Location: Bradford BD10
• Salary on offer: £27,000- £32,000 DOE!
• Commission 2.5% of any new business!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their insurance needs.
• Provide expert advice on a range of insurance products and services.
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and grow the client base.
• Assist clients with policy renewals, claims, and general enquiries.
• Negotiate policy terms and conditions to suit client requirements while maintaining compliance.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity logs using effective sales administration tools.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Skills andamp; Experience:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Excellent negotiation skills to deliver beneficial outcomes for clients and the company.
• Proficient in telemarketing and lead generation techniques.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Previous experience using Acturis is advantageous.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
