Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a PI Claims Adjuster to join their collaborative and dynamic claims department.About the Role:As a Personal Injury Claims Adjuster you''ll be managing your own portfolio of personal injury motor claims, making decisions on; liability, indemnity, and quantum, and playing a key role in the success of a growing team.Key Responsibilities:Validate, investigate and negotiate third-party personal injury claimsMake accurate and timely decisions on liability and indemnityIdentify potentially fraudulent claims and escalate where necessaryManage your own caseload effectively, prioritising tasks and meeting monthly targetsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders, including solicitors and rehabilitation providersMaintain a customer-focused approach with excellent call handling and communicationWhat We''re Looking For:Previous experience in handling personal injury claims (Insurer or Legal background)Strong understanding of MOJ/OIC processes, pre-action protocol and litigationExcellent negotiation and decision-making skillsAbility to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervisionCommercially astute with an eye for balancing outcomes and business
