Comfort Care Services is looking for an experienced Care Home Team Leader to support the successful, safe and compliant running of our service. You will lead from the front, motivate colleagues and help deliver excellent person-centred care.

Experience supporting people with learning disabilities is preferred. We also welcome candidates with strong, transferable leadership experience in mental health, supported living or domiciliary care.

The Role

You will support day-to-day service delivery, organise shifts, supervise and train staff, maintain accurate records and help ensure high standards across care planning, safeguarding, risk management, audits and quality assurance.

Working with the Service Manager, you will build a reliable team, strengthen processes and address quality or compliance concerns quickly.

About You

You will be a confident and organised care leader with excellent team-building, service-delivery, process-management and staff-training skills. Strong working knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding and health and social care compliance is essential.

A willingness to complete the Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Adult Care is required. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
