Job description:

We are looking for reliable and motivated Aerospace Production Operatives to join our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing aerospace components to the highest quality standards while working in a fast-paced production environment. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop a long-term career in aerospace manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture aerospace components to required quality standards.
• Follow technical drawings, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Operate production machinery, hand tools, and specialist equipment safely and efficiently.
• Carry out product inspections and accurately complete production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production targets.
• Adhere to all company health and safety procedures and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential.
• Must have been in employment within the last month.
• Demonstrate a stable work history with good longevity in previous roles and no significant gaps in employment.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow technical drawings and written work instructions.
• Good manual dexterity and practical skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new processes and thrive in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment

-14.05 per hour

Shift Times are:

Monday - Friday 6am- 2pm and 2pm-10pm

This is a rotating two-week working pattern with every other Friday off
