Project Manager Ground-Mounted Solar Location: Milton Keynes Job Type: Full-time Salary: £60,000-£70,000 per annum Start Date: ImmediatleyReference: ASPLIVAbout the Role We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale ground-mounted solar PV projects based in and around Milton Keynes.This is a key leadership role, responsible for managing the full project lifecycle from design through construction and commissioning, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities Oversee the full lifecycle of ground-mounted solar projects from design through to commissioningAct as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teamsDevelop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation (in collaboration with the Project Planner)Ensure compliance with CDM Regulations, HSQE standards, and all relevant UK legislationLead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliersChair regular progress meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholdersManage project budgets, monitor costs, and implement cost-control measuresSupport the Quantity Surveyor with inputs for financial forecasting and monthly reportingImplement quality assurance procedures and carry out site inspectionsIdentify project risks and implement mitigation strategiesMaintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies
