Supporting customers across Finance, Manufacturing, Utilities and Retail, you''ll play a key role in delivering 24/7 Managed Services excellence.This is a primarily remote role with occasional travel to Milton Keynes, UK customer sites, and data centres.The RoleAs an all round, hands on engineer, you''ll provide expert technical support across diverse MSP/MSSP environments. You''ll contribute from pre-sales and solution design through to implementation and ongoing support, acting as a technical "go-to" within the team.Key responsibilities include: Supporting and managing complex network, infrastructure, virtualisation and application environmentsParticipating in a 24/7 on-call rotaIncident, problem and change management within an ITIL-based frameworkProducing HLD/LLD documentation and technical plansContributing to service reviews, reporting and SLA/KPI adherenceDeploying and maintaining solutions at customer sites and data centres (occasional UK travel)Supporting pre-sales, solution design and technical consultancy Skills andamp; Experience Strong networking background (CCNP+ desirable)Cisco Nexus Switching, ASA/FirepowerFortinet (ideally certified), Check Point (CCSE/CCSM), Palo AltoLoad balancing technologiesAWS and/or AzureVMware (ESXi, vSAN)Windows anda
