This is a senior, hands-on role covering health and safety, quality and compliance across three businesses operating in construction, roofing and facades. You will lead the function across the group, support live sites, take ownership of the quality management system and oversee PAS 2030 and ISO compliance. The group includes an £18 million roofing contractor with more than 70 years combined industry experience, a construction division turning over approximately £9 £10 million and a growing facades business delivering cladding, metal roofing and fire remediation projects. The facades division was launched 18 months ago and has plans to reach £30 £40 million turnover. You will be based in the Milton Keynes area, with regular travel to sites, and will work directly with the senior leadership team. This would suit an experienced Construction Health and Safety Manager who wants the authority to improve standards and shape the function rather than simply maintain existing systems.
