The ideal person will be an enthusiastic Structural Engineer who has been working in a similar type of role in a Consultancy. You will likely have strong technical skills and a working knowledge of structural design software including, TEKLA, TEDDS and CAD, with Revit being a bonus. You may have previous experience mentoring graduates and technicians. You will have begun progression towards Chartership. You will have gained a Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (BEng or MEng).
