ICT Field Service EngineerLocation: UK - Based at our Worcester offices in WR2 6NJ, with regular field-based client visits.Employment Type: Full TimeThe RoleAs an ICT Field Service Engineer, you will be a key part of our customer-facing technical operations. The position involves frequent on-site visits to client premises, delivering hands-on technical support and building strong customer relationships. You will work with a diverse range of technologies across multiple sectors.You will provide a mix of remote and on-site support, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and ensure an exceptional level of service at all times. Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal-are essential, as you will guide customers through troubleshooting steps and represent the organisation during site visits.Responsibilities• Provide extensive on-site support, acting as the primary technicalresource during customer visits.• Conduct regular scheduled and reactive site visits to diagnose,troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues that cannot behandled remotely.• Perform full on-site system reviews, including workstation, server, andnetwork health checks.• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, networkinghardware, and peripherals during site deployments.• Carry out on-site network troubleshooting, including cabling checks,switch configuration, Wi-Fi optimisation, and fault isolation.• Support customer office moves, on-site equipment rollouts, andinfrastructure
