Qualified Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 or above)

Happy Chalet Nursery is looking for an experienced and passionate Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and experience working within a Montessori-inspired environment. We are looking for someone who is confident, organised and able to take responsibility for their room while creating a warm and engaging learning environment for children.

Early Years Practitioner Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Set up stimulating learning environments and activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Support children''s learning, development and wellbeing.
• Observe, assess and record children''s progress.
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety.
• Work effectively as part of a professional team.

Early Years Practitioner Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above).
• Minimum 3 years'' experience in an Early Years setting.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Experience with or an understanding of the Montessori approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, reliable and professional attitude.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
