Statutory Assessment and Planning ExpertiseDemonstrated experience in undertaking Section 9 Care Act 2014 assessments, identifying eligible needs, and determining appropriate care and support provisions.Skilled in completing unplanned support plan reviews, ensuring responsive reassessment and timely adjustments to care packages in line with changes in need or risk.Proficient in risk assessment and safeguarding, applying legislative frameworks effectively across both mental health and physical disability cases.2. Knowledge Across Client GroupsPractical experience supporting adults with mental health needs, with working knowledge of the Care Programme Approach (CPA) and the interface between the Mental Health Act and the Care Act.Strong understanding of physical disability services, including long-term conditions, mobility and access needs, rehabilitation, and technology-enabled care soluti
