IT Service Improvement ManagerLondon - 5 days per week onsite (initially)Day rate - to be negotiated6-month contract We are representing a well renowned company in the midst of transformation and change who are looking for an IT Service Improvement Manager to join their collaborative team. As the IT Service Improvement Manager, you will help tackle and improve a number of IT service challenges that have impacted end-user experience across areas including AV technology, printing, end-user computing, and workplace IT services. You will act as the focal point for identifying service issues, driving improvements, co-ordinating stakeholders, and ensuring quality experience for senior business leaders and end users.
