You won''t just be fitting bathrooms; you''ll be installing life-changing level-access showers (LAS) for elderly and vulnerable residents within local authority properties.This role requires a "right-first-time" mentality, as our clients rely on these facilities for their daily independence and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Strip-Out: Removing baths and old suites in occupied social housing.Specialist Drainage: Installing pumped drainage and low-profile gravity waste systems.Level-Access Prep: Correctly installing wet-floor formers to ensure 100% water drainage.Safety Flooring: Expert installation of cap-and-cowl non-slip vinyl flooringWall Finishes: Fitting hygienic wall cladding or waterproof decorative panels.Resident Care: Working tidily and respectfully around residents who may have complex needs or mobility issues.What We''re Looking ForThe "Multi-Trade" Expert: You must be proficient in plumbing, basic carpentry (for floor prep), and specialized floor/wall finishing.DFG Experience: Previous experience working on local authority or housing association adaptation contracts is highly
