Anderselite are currently working with a tier 1 contractor who are seeking a Senior QS to join their Civils/Rail team.

Location West Ruislip
Rate up to £650 per day (INSIDE IR35 - VIA UMBRELLA)

The Senior Quantity Surveyor role is critical to the successful delivery of West Ruislip assets, to ensure subcontractor management, forecasting and assisting the delivery team in West Ruislip

Work location, Harvil Road West Ruislip. 3 days in office, 2 at home.

Key Skills:
Essential
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Strong commercial experience with knowledge and appreciation of relevant sector.
- Knowledge and experience of NEC 3 contracts.

Desirable:
- Extensive commercial experience within relevant sector.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Strong NEC3 contract experience.
- Experience in rail or infrastructure projects.
