Senior Customer Service - Full Remote
Due to continued expansion our client, a well-established, national Service company is actively seeking an experienced, self-driven and dedicated Customer Service Advisor to complement their friendly team on a permanent basis. This is a fully remote role. Reporting directly to the Sales and Operations Manager, key responsibilities will include: Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value. Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect. Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfilment. Collecting and analysing data to learn more about consumer behaviour. Keeping accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes. Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes. Identifying industry trends. Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience. As a successful candidate, you will have experience within a sales/account management/sales administration role, a professional approach to customer service, exceptional verbal and written communication skills, a great attention to detail together with excellent IT Skills and experience of MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
