This is a hands-on, senior role where you will manage a small team while delivering a high-quality OH service across the site. The RoleYou will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Occupational Health Service, carrying out health surveillance, fitness-for-work assessments, case management, and providing clinical supervision. You will also support the development of the team, lead on health promotion initiatives, and ensure services are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
