Operations Manager - Children''s Residential Services Midlands About the RoleAs Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing residential services across a designated region. You will ensure all homes meet statutory and legislative standards, manage budgets effectively, and maintain exceptional leadership across services. Collaborating closely with senior colleagues, you will focus on delivering outstanding care, supporting staff teams, and ensuring each home provides a nurturing and supportive environment that feels like home for the children we support.All Inspire homes are rated ''Good'' or ''Outstanding'' by Ofsted, and we are proud of the high standards of care we deliver.
