Rotational 3 Shift Pattern covering Days and Nights: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00 The RoleAs a Production Operator, you will be responsible for supporting manufacturing operations, maintaining production output, and ensuring all health, safety, and quality procedures are followed. Key responsibilities include: Operating production machinery and equipment Supporting product filling and manufacturing processes Monitoring production runs to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved Identifying and reporting potential production issues or bottlenecks Assisting in reducing downtime and improving operational efficiency Completing production documentation accurately Reporting equipment faults and breakdowns to the maintenance team Following all Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures The successful candidate will have: Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment Experience operating production machinery A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence Strong understanding of health and safety requirements Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Good communication skills, ..... full job details .....
