Your responsibilities will include:Managing all customer and supplier inquiries via telephone and emailOrdering office supplies to maintain an efficient workflowOnboarding and offboarding customers in our records databaseCreating new customer profiles in Xero (accounts system)Supporting the Managing Director with diary management, travel bookings, and email correspondenceOverseeing general office administration, including answering calls and relaying messagesManaging timesheets for off-site engineers, holiday planners, and staff rotasTaking notes during internal and client meetings (approximately twice a week) Experience and Knowledge: To succeed in this role, you should have:A minimum of 3 years'' experience in office administrationAt least 2 years in a customer service role within an IT environment (preferred)Proficiency in MS Office 2019, Windows v11, and Adobe Acrobat (training will be provided)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsA strong focus on customer serviceThe ability to undertake a process-driven workflow Personality
