About the RoleThe Apprenticeship Sales Executive is a business development and employer engagement role focused on growing our apprenticeship provision and strengthening partnerships with employers. The post holder is responsible for generating new business opportunities and delivering end-to-end apprenticeship recruitment solutions, from initial engagement through to enrolment. They play a key role in achieving income and learner start targets while ensuring compliance with government funding rules and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesDrive business development activity to recruit new employers and expand apprenticeship opportunitiesDeliver a full end-to-end apprenticeship service, from opportunity creation to apprentice recruitmentAchieve annual income and learner start targets to support apprenticeship growthConduct employer training needs analyses (TNAs) and complete learner onboarding documentationNegotiate and prepare contracts, funding agreements, and pricing plans with employersUndertake sales activities including telesales, networking, social media engagement, and face-to-face meetingsMaintain accurate CRM/database records and produce sales forecasts and pipeline reportsRepresent the organisation at internal and external events to promote apprenticeship provisionRequirementsQualified at Level 2 for English and MathsQualified to level 3 and/or relevant professional qualificationGood knowledge of the complex FE/training environment, as well as future developments and ..... full job details .....
