Solid experience of working in a high-pressure, large-scale, global environment.Solid understanding of Web Security - Web Application Firewalls and API Security Gateways.Experience doing development and tooling for Network and Security Engineering Teams.Ability to communicate at all levels.Solid understanding of distributed multi-tier architectures.Solid understanding of change control procedures and incident reporting methodologies.Successful, proven experience (minimum 3 years) in similar functions within a large multi-functional environment.Very good working knowledge of the financial services industry.Experience in the technical implementation of key business applications through testing and into live service.Significant experience with different delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile/SaFE/LeSS/Kanban/Xp).Essential Technical Experience:

Good understanding of Firewalls.Good experience with automation around Networking and Security devices.Minimum 5 years'' experience in a DevOps/Automation role.Good experience with Automation Frameworks, specifically Ginger.Solid development skills (Bash, Python).Solid development skills in developing and consuming RESTful services.Understanding the build lifecycle of an application through to deployment.Solid understanding of general cloud-based services, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.Good understanding of Agile deliveries.Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.Teamwork - Shares knowledge, information, and expertise; collaborates with others to achieve a common purpose; maintains composure in high-pressure environments.Analysis and solutions seeking - Logical approach to problem identification and analysis, minimizing risk; strong problem solver.Planning and organization - Structured, self-organized, and adaptable to varying workload demands.Client focus - Maintains contact with clients, keeps them informed, and uses feedback to improve service quality.Ideas generation - Proactively seeks and develops solutions or enhancements.Professionalism - Disciplined, good time management, responsible for decisions.Commercial awareness - Understands organizational goals and objectives.Rewards and Benefits
