Nigel Frank International have been retained by a growing business in Surrey and we are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their IT team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative solutions, working in a collaborative hybrid environment. You will be involved in our clients IT & change initiatives across the business.
Responsibilities
-Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and requirements through interviews, workshops, and documentation.
-Develop detailed business requirements, process models, and technical specifications.
-Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement system enhancements or new systems.
-Provide ongoing support and guidance to project managers and business units throughout system development and implementation.
-Lead data analysis and reporting, delivering insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
-Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful project outcomes.
-Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Required Skills:
-Minimum 2 years'' experience as a Business Analyst.
-Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
-Skilled in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, etc.
-Worked with API
