Job Description: Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HCM technical solutions, including OTBI, BI Publisher (BIP) reports, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and custom dashboards aligned with business and statutory requirements. Lead data migration and integration activities using HDL, HSDL, Spreadsheet Data Loader (SDL), and REST/SOAP APIs to support implementations, enhancements, and data corrections. Support inbound and outbound integrations, collaborating with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and third-party systems to ensure secure, accurate, and timely data exchange. Provide technical troubleshooting and optimisation, resolving data issues, performing impact analysis, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with security standards.
