Whether covering planned absences, sickness, or providing additional classroom support, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning.

Primary Supply Teacher - responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum (KS1 & KS2)
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners
• Maintain strong classroom management and positive behaviour strategies
• Follow school policies and procedures
• Mark and assess work where required
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare of pupils at all times

Primary Supply Teacher - requirements:

• UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools (KS1 and/or KS2)
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, reliable and professional approach
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Strong understanding of safeguarding in line with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE)
