Salary: andpound;55,000-andpound;65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonus.
Location: Manchester.
Working pattern: Full-time, predominantly Monday to Friday, hotel based.
Key responsibilities:
and#61623;Full financial management and oversight of hotel operations.
and#61623;Preparation of monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash-flow projections.
and#61623;Financial reporting to ownership, senior management and relevant stakeholders.
and#61623;Monitoring profitability, departmental performance, payroll and operating costs.
and#61623;Oversight of financial controls, compliance, purchasing and procurement.
and#61623;Working closely with the General Manager and Commercial Director to maximise profitability and operational efficiency.
and#61623;Developing robust financial systems, reporting procedures and internal controls.

Essential experience:
and#61623;Previous experience as a Financial Controller, Director of Finance or equivalent senior financial position within a sizeable hotel operation.
