This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Pipefitter or Mechanical Tradesperson looking to move into a planning role where they can utilise their technical expertise to support maintenance activities across a major industrial operation. Working alongside the Bangalore Technical Centre (BTC), you will be responsible for planning, scoping, estimating and coordinating metals maintenance work across designated business units, ensuring work is prepared safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. Previous pipefitting experience is essential for this position. Key Responsibilities Own and manage a backlog of maintenance work within SAP. Scope repair, maintenance and functional failure work for designated operating units. Work closely with BTC to develop detailed maintenance plans and job packs. Conduct field visits, gather measurements, photographs and technical information to support planning activities. Create and maintain maintenance plans, task lists and planning templates. Source materials, equipment and third-party services required for maintenance activities. Produce accurate cost estimates and support annual maintenance planning.
