An opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a well-established sports media and events company, specialising in promoting and producing live sporting events across a wide range of disciplines.As a Management Accountant, you will support financial reporting and commercial analysis, working with operational teams to inform business decisions and support major sporting events. This full-time permanent role offers a salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 with discretionary bonus and benefits.You will be responsible for:Producing quarterly management accounts and related schedules for individual entitiesPrepare quarterly management accounts and financial reports for multiple entities.Analyse post-event financial performance, including budget comparisons and variance reports.Work with operational teams to identify financial risks, opportunities and improvement areas.Support budgeting, financial planning and commercial decision-making.Assist with external audits and maintain accurate financial reporting.Conduct project-based financial analysis and present findings to stakeholders.Enhance financial reporting processes, systems and operational efficiencies.Ensure adherence to group financial controls and governance procedures.What we are looking for:Essential:Previously worked as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.Management accounting and financial reporting experience.Fully or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar)Strong Excel skills and the ..... full job details .....
