This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater with Strip and Fit Experience NON-MET, or a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician to join a professional accident repair centre. You''ll be working as part of an experienced team, carrying out quality repairs and helping ensure vehicles are repaired efficiently and to the highest possible standard.

The Role
As a Panel Beater with Strip & Fit experience, you will be responsible for removing and refitting vehicle components as part of the accident repair process, ensuring vehicles are prepared correctly for repair and returned to the required standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
·Stripping damaged vehicles ready for repair.
·Removing and refitting body panels, trims, bumpers and other components.
·Carrying out light MET-related work where required.
·Reassembling vehicles following body and paint repairs.
·Ensuring all components are correctly fitted and functioning.
·Working closely with other Panel Beaters and Paint Technicians.
·Following repair methods and maintaining high standards of workmanship.
·Carrying out quality checks before vehicles leave the workshop.
·Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
 
About You
·Previous experience as a Panel Beater or a Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician, MET Technician with Panel Beating experience from a similar bodyshop role.
·Strong knowledge of vehicle stripping and refitting.
·Experience working within an accident repair or bodyshop environment.
·Good attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
·Ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
·A team player with a positive and professional attitude.
·Full UK driving licence.
