You will coach, mentor, and advise leaders to help them achieve their objectives, while ensuring HR support is proactive, responsive, and aligned with future priorities. What You''ll Be Doing - Advising and guiding managers on a wide range of HR matters with confidence and clarity. - Reviewing and maintaining policies to ensure they are up to date, practical, and empowering. - Working closely with leaders to align HR support with organisational goals. - Delivering a comprehensive HR service, including case management, recruitment, workforce planning, wellbeing, organisational change, and pensions. - Championing employee engagement, development, and wellbeing to help people perform at their best. - Ensuring compliance with employment legislation while supporting innovation and continuous improvement.
