Senior Estimator A well-established interiors and refurbishment main contractor, specialising in high-quality projects across commercial and industrial sectors, is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join their dynamic team due to continued growth. The Role: As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business by preparing accurate and competitive tenders. The projects you will be involved in typically range from £1m to £5m, ensuring exceptional results for clients. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects (£1m-£5m). - Analyse tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and risks. - Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. - Develop tender strategies to maximise win rates and profitability. What They re Looking For Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in the interiors and refurbishment sector. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills. Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel. What They Offer Upto £95k plus car / allowance and benefits package.
