Key Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely. Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Contribute innovative ideas to improve production processes and product design. Requirements: Previous experience in a production environment is preferred but not essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and quality. Creativity and willingness to suggest and implement new ideas. Physical capability to perform manual tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
