This role is ideal for a calm, patient and nurturing individual who has experience supporting children with SEN on an individual basis.The pupil can become dysregulated within the classroom environment but responds positively to consistent 1:1 support. The school is currently in the process of pursuing an EHCP, so experience working with early interventions and structured support strategies would be highly beneficial.
