Working closely with internal teams as well as externally with customers, you will ultimately be responsible for driving standards and providing leadership within the Engineering function of the business. Key Responsibilities: Play the lead role in driving engineering excellence within a production environment actively working to develop and mentor the engineering team. Lead on the design, development and delivery of complex products and projects. Drive continuous improvement within engineering processes and improve the capacity to consistently deliver projects within tight timeframes.Evaluate existing processes and procedures and look for ways to continually evolve these in line with industry standards and best practice.
