The graphics team serve as brand guardians, a solid understanding of branding is also essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong Graphic Design background and skill set paired with excellent communication skills. Graphic Design:Designing bespoke documents with a primary focus on formatting and laying out text heavy bid proposals in a creative format. These are not templated designs: you will take the lead on curating the look of the documents and presenting them to the project leads.Excellent typography skillsAn ability for graphic illustration for assets such as bespoke drawn iconography and infographicsAn ability to work on project graphics such as bespoke drawn wall manifestations, signage, wayfinding and brandingSupport internal teams with the design and curation of portfolios, newsletters, presentations and reports.Collaborate with our marketing team to design and provide content for our website, social channels and marketing materialsAs brand guardians, ensure all external communications align with the firms brand identity and tone of voice to achieve a brand consistency
