You will ensure compliance with all internal and external standards, conduct observations, and support staff in maintaining excellence in learning, coaching, and assessment.Key Responsibilities:Conduct observations of workplace coaching, classroom teaching, and assessment delivery.Monitor learner journeys through interviews with students, employers, and mentors.Maintain accurate and timely records of all quality assurance and compliance activities.Ensure assessment documentation is up to date and fully compliant.Write sampling reports and provide detailed feedback following observations and reviews.About You:We''re looking for a motivated and collaborative professional with a real passion for education and high standards.
