Outreach Learning Support Assistant We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Outreach Learning Support Assistant to join a dynamic team in Chelmsford to help transform the lives of students who require tailored, off-site educational support.About the role:As an Outreach Learning Support Assistant, you will work directly with students who are unable to attend mainstream education due to a range of needs including social, emotional, mental health (SEMH) challenges, special educational needs (SEN), or other barriers to learning.
