Deputy Porter Hours: 54 hours per weekSalary: £38,000 per annum, depending on experience Location: West London Working Pattern The role is based on a five-day working week: Monday, Tuesday and Friday: 9:00am - 7:00pm (10-hour shifts) Thursday: 7:00am - 7:00pm (12-hour shift) Saturday or Sunday: 7:00am - 7:00pm (12-hour shift) About the Role We are looking for an experienced, professional and dependable Deputy Porter to join the team at a prestigious residential estate comprising five mansion blocks and approximately 100 flats. Working closely with the Resident Head Porter, you will play an important role in the smooth day-to-day running of the estate. You will also work alongside the on-site Yardman and Cleaner, helping to maintain high standards of service, presentation, security and safety throughout the property. This is a highly visible, resident-facing position, so we are looking for someone who is approachable and courteous while also being confident, proactive and capable of dealing calmly and professionally with challenging situations. About You The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience working within mansion blocks, residential estates or similar high-end developments. A good understanding of older residential buildings and their infrastructure, including ageing pipework and common causes of water leaks.
