With productions spanning across 20+ countries and content that reaches millions, this is a chance to be part of a legal team that supports the creative process from pitch to production.You''ll work at the intersection of culture, innovation, and law – helping drive solutions on everything from international mobility and contributor welfare to corporate transactions and policy evolution.What You’ll Be Doing:Advising on a wide range of UK and international employment issues, always with a pragmatic, commercial lensDrafting and negotiating employment contracts, consultancy agreements, and settlement packagesSupporting production teams and senior stakeholders through sensitive HR challengesHelping shape and deliver training across the organisation – from execs to set crewContributing to MandA and corporate projects where employment law plays a key roleKeeping internal policies sharp, relevant, and aligned with legal and cultural changeWhat You’ll Bring:Around 3+ years'' PQE in employment law, ideally with exposure to both contentious and non-contentious workStrong commercial judgement and a clear, confident communication styleExperience working across international jurisdictions is a plusMedia, tech, or creative industry background welcome but not essentialComfort working at pace, navigating ambiguity, and influencing stakeholders across all levelsWhy This Role?You’ll be part of a collaborative, globally-minded legal and HR function at the heart of a business that values creativity, inclusion, and agility.
