An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Bid Professional to join our growing Pre-Construction and Work-Winning team. If you excel at creating high-quality, visually engaging, and compliant bid submissions we want to hear from you. About the Role: You ll support the full bid lifecycle, from early engagement to final submission, working closely with design, commercial, and operational teams. You ll develop compelling written content, produce clear and attractive layouts, manage bid portals, and help shape winning proposals. What You ll Do: Write, edit, and format bid content Manage PQQs, tender clarifications and submission requirements Create CVs, case studies, templates, and layouts Maintain the bid library and conduct client/market research Coordinate bid programmes and documentation About You: Experience with construction tenders (Education, Residential, Healthcare) Strong writing, design, and presentation skills Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Experience with single and two-stage procurement Collaborative communicator with a creative eye Why Join Us: Professional development and ongoing training Supportive, collaborative environment Real influence over how our bids are shaped and presented Clear progression opportunities
