Role Overview: Do you have a passion for bringing joy, stimulation, and companionship to older people? We''re looking for a creative, compassionate, and energetic Bank Activities Co-ordinator to join our dedicated team at Plane Tree Court. Key Responsibilities: Plan, schedule and lead a wide variety of activities (arts and crafts, games, music, gentle exercise, outings, reminiscence sessions, etc.) Encourage resident participation and adapt activities for individual needs Work collaboratively with residents, families, care staff, and external providers to enrich the resident experience. Ensure all activities are delivered safely, in line with safeguarding, infection control, and health and safety guidelines. Maintain accurate records of all activities and ensure updates are reflected in residents care plans. Foster a warm and inclusive atmosphere. Requirements: A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their wellbeing. Kind, patient, and a natural motivator. Creativity and enthusiasm for developing varied and inclusive activity programmes. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexibly and independently, with strong time management. A full UK driving licence is a plus (for occasional trips out)
