Responsibilities of a Panel Beater Carry out high-quality structural and cosmetic repairs on a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, in line with manufacturer repair methods (MRMs). Utilise modern Bodyshop equipment such as spot welders, aluminium repair tools, ADAS calibration awareness, and digital measuring systems to ensure precision repairs. Interpret and follow digital job cards, repair estimates, and technical data through workshop management systems (e.g., Audatex, Autoflow). Ensure all repairs meet BSI PAS 10125 standards and contribute to maintaining Bodyshop compliance, safety, and quality benchmarks. Collaborate effectively with MET Technicians, Paint Sprayers, and VDA teams to deliver efficient workflow and maximise productivity and bonus opportunities.
