This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused professional to play a key role in the financial management of infrastructure projects, supporting successful delivery through effective cost control, accurate valuations and strong contractual management. Working closely with Senior Quantity Surveyors, project managers and site delivery teams, you will help maintain financial control, maximise commercial opportunities and ensure compliance with contractual and company procedures. Key Responsibilities Measurement and Valuation Measure works completed on site and from technical drawings. Prepare interim valuations and final accounts. Ensure valuations are accurate, commercially robust and submitted on time. Monitor the value of completed works and support effective cash flow management. Cost Control and Commercial Reporting Assist with monitoring project costs, budgets and financial performance. Prepare cost value reconciliations (CVRs) and subcontract liability reports. Support project forecasting, cost tracking and financial reporting. Identify potential commercial risks and opportunities to improve project margins. ..... full job details .....
