Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 16:00pmSalary: £30,000 to £33,000 per annum DOE Accommodation: One Bedroom Apartments (Bills Included) (suitable for one person) The RoleWe are recruiting for a Live In Porter to oversee the day to day operation of a private residential development. This is a hands on, customer-facing position responsible for ensuring the development remains safe, secure, well maintained and presented to a high standard. The Porter will act as a key point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors while supporting the smooth running of all onsite operations. Key ResponsibilitiesResident and Customer Service Provide a professional, approachable and customer-focused service to residents and visitors. Respond to resident enquiries and ensure any issues are followed up or escalated appropriately. Manage parcels, deliveries, keys and access devices in line with site procedures. Assist with resident move-ins and move-outs where required. Manage visitor and contractor access, maintaining accurate records. Building Operations and Maintenance Carry out regular inspections and patrols of communal areas, external spaces and onsite facilities.
