This is an excellent opportunity for a maintenance engineer to play a key role in maintaining production equipment, minimising downtime, and supporting continuous improvement activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer Carry out planned preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance across plant equipment and site facilities. Install, maintain, and repair electrical and electro-mechanical machinery and equipment. Diagnose faults and perform effective repairs to minimise downtime. Operate and develop preventative maintenance schedules and systems. Program, fault-find, and interrogate Siemens and other PLC systems. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and provide technical support to production teams. Read, interpret, and update electrical drawings and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
