Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 2 years'' post-qualification experience in corporate lawSolid experience handling corporate transactions with a strong technical groundingCommercial awareness and the ability to provide pragmatic solutions to clientsA proactive approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skillsWhat''s on offer
