As the-Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias,-will be responsible for:

• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance, repairs and minor installations across the site.
• Complete testing, fault-finding and diagnosis activities, ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently.
• Assist with wiring, calibration and alignment tasks while using appropriate tools and test equipment.
• Follow safe systems of work, including lock-off/tag-off procedures, and maintain compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, support housekeeping standards and actively participate in toolbox talks and site safety initiatives.

To be successful for this-Multi Skilled Engineer - Electrical Engineer Bias-role you must have:

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
• Proven knowledge of electrical systems, plant and control equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and maintenance procedures.
• Experience working within a maintenance, facilities management or engineering environment.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with excellent organisational skills.
• Strong commitment to health, safety and compliance standards.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to raise concerns and escalate issues when required.
